Who We Are

Most of our members are disabled and many are over 65. 5 years ago we started this group as a group of friends and we had found that people were saying we would like to learn more about the computer, so that's why we made it the Whittington Community Computer Group.

We are a very friendly group , and there is much laughter, but we do learn a little as well.

Everybody goes at their own pace there is no pressure , and the social side is as important as the actual learning.

This is a recent picture which was taken at the George hotel when the Staffordshire foundation/we love Lichfield presented us with the grant to purchase some new tablets.

New friendships are being formed all the time.

We have lunch together regularly.

We also have a Thursday afternoon computer group which is held in St. Giles hospice.

We shall be at St Giles every Thursday for anyone who wants to come along and see what we do, and have a chat and see if you would like to join us.
We are here holding out our hands in friendship.

We now have a group in Lichfield Fire Station on a Wednesday afternoon please phone for more information :01543 301690
